A checkpoint original combined wheel nut indicator and dust cap designed for wheels without trims and step rings.
Dustite® provides an indication of nuts loosening on a wheel or when a wheel is overheating with the added benefit of protecting from extreme outdoor weather elements, corrosion and general wear and tear.
FUNCTION
The Dustite® combines a loose wheel nut indicator and a protective cap. Ideal for commercial vehicles, the Dustite® can indicate movement of the wheel nuts and protect them from a wide range of external elements such as water, dirt, road salts and rust build up. A dual-purpose wheel nut indicator and retainer.
Placing a Checklink® across two adjacent nuts helps to prevent the loosening of wheel nuts. This clever product both indicates and retains against unwanted wheel nut movement as well as indicating any overheating of wheels caused by faulty brakes or bearings.
FUNCTION
Connecting two adjacent wheel nuts with our specialist polymer in our distinctive ‘S’ shape provides a retaining function, causing resistance to the loosening of wheel nuts. If the nut still manages to loosen, this will be indicated by the distortion of ‘S’ shape.

This is a multi-purpose harness scientifically engineered from Para-aramid /Meta-aramid blended webbing and is recommended for individuals who are working at heights in an ARC flash risk environment. The harness has been designed for those who need to navigate obstacles while ascending or descending from heights; performing a rescue; or working at heights in conditions where multiple functionalities are required. The dorsal D-Ring enables the wearer to select the correct lanyard attachment for their work requirements, whilst the frontal D-ring provides a lifeline and rescue anchor point. The harness further features waist D-rings that enable the wearer to attach a work positioning belt, thereby freeing up the wearer’s hands and improving safety whilst working at heights. The webbing is inherently fire retardant (can never burn) to protect the wearer against flammability caused by high heat, sparks and ARC flash. All buckles and D-Rings are from Aluminium metal due to their light-weight nature, corrosion resistance and low conductivity properties.
They are further protected by a full grain leather cover that creates a non-conductive barrier in the event of exposure to an ARC flash. Available in 4 sizes, the harness features fully adjustable straps in the back, shoulder, waist and leg areas, enabling the wearer to customise the fit for enhanced comfort. Comfort is further enhanced through added padding to the leg, waist and shoulder straps enabling pressure to be spread over a larger area.

This is a work positioning lanyard that forms part of a positioning devise system.The lanyard has been engineered to support the wearer on elevated vertical surfaces such as a structure or pole.
The work positioning lanyard connects a wearer to an anchor point, by looping the lanyard around the anchor point and attaching itself to the side D-Rings of the harness waist belt, thereby enabling the wearer to operate from heights, hands-free.
This must be used in conjunction with a fall arrest system.
The positioning lanyard has been fitted with PVC protective sleeve to enhance durability of the product against abrasive materials and improve the safety to the wearer.
